The CustomHeat G48 gas range is a floor-standing unit built for institutional kitchens — schools, kindergartens, hospitals and similar facilities that need a powerful single heating point for large pots, cauldrons and stockpots used to cook for an entire building.
The body is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, resistant to moisture and frequent washing. The cooking surface is fitted with cast iron trivets that distribute heat evenly and support cookware weighing up to 100 kg. The unit connects to the gas line through a 3/4" pipe rated for natural gas pressure of 5" water column or propane pressure of 10" water column. The standard set includes a pressure regulator and a safety valve, adding an extra layer of protection for daily kitchen use.
