The CustomHeat GR6-36CE gas range is a floor-standing model with an oven and a flame failure safety system, designed for school, kindergarten, hospital and canteen kitchens that cook large volumes of soups, main courses and baked goods.
An open-flame gas range covers a wide range of heat treatment methods — boiling, stewing, sautéing and frying — and lets kitchen staff adjust heat intensity almost instantly, with heating stopping immediately once the gas supply is cut. The built-in flame failure control (safety valve) adds an extra layer of protection for daily use in an institutional kitchen.
