Skvara Sif 2.6 Induction Range, 2 Burners / 6 kW

The Sif 2.6 Skvara Inovations is a compact two-burner floor-standing induction range built for smaller kindergarten kitchens, school canteens with a limited menu, or auxiliary hospital kitchen areas. It stands directly on the floor and needs no separate cabinet or worktop.

Total output is 6 kW, with each of the two burners rated at up to 3.0 kW. It runs on a 380 V supply, with electronic control and power adjustment from 500 to 3000 W. The operating temperature range is 80–240°C, and in standby mode the unit draws only 4 W.

• Body made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.5 mm thick.
• Glass-ceramic cooking surface with flat 300×300 mm burners.
• An updated induction coil design gives even heating across the burner without hot spots.
• Each of the two burners delivers 3.0 kW, for a combined 6 kW output.
• Dual regulation by power (500–3000 W) and temperature, with up to 36 program levels.
• Built-in recipe table with cooking-mode hints for different dishes.

• Floor-standing design — the unit is installed as a stand-alone piece without needing a worktop or cabinet.
• Induction heating is generated by an electromagnetic field in the cookware base, so it works with steel and cast-iron cookware, as well as stainless steel and aluminium cookware with a ferromagnetic base.
• Spills do not burn onto the glass-ceramic surface, so the burner can be wiped clean right after use.
• Skvara ranges are fully manufactured in Ukraine, with every burner tested under maximum load before shipment.
