The Skvara SMF 6.18 induction multi-cooktop is a Ukrainian-made cooking surface designed for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, and other institutions that prepare hot meals in large batches every day. The unit combines several types of heating elements in a single body, so kitchen staff can boil, simmer and fry at the same time without moving pots and pans between separate cookers.
The cooktop has 6 burners with a combined output of 18 kW (3 kW per burner), runs on a 380V supply and is controlled by an electronic panel with 36 programming levels and independent temperature and power regulation within a 500–3000W range. The cooking surface is glass-ceramic with a 300×300 mm burner size and a maximum load of up to 60 kg, with an operating temperature range of 80 to 240°C. The body is made of stainless steel, the unit is floor-standing, and this model has no oven or convection function.
