The AIRHOT IP-3500 WOK induction cooktop is countertop equipment for the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that need fast cooking on a single WOK-type burner. Its compact size allows it to serve as an additional cooking station in the kitchen or in a food-processing area.
This professional-grade cooktop has a single WOK-type burner, is designed for countertop placement, and has no built-in oven. The heating element runs at 3500 W on a 220 V supply, with 8 power levels available — from 400 to 3500 W. Temperature is adjustable within +60...+240°C at fixed settings (80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 240°C). Control is via an electronic panel with a timer of up to 60 minutes, and cooling is provided by 2 fans. The body is made of stainless steel, the maximum load on the working surface is 25 kg, and the WOK bowl diameter/depth is 275/43 mm. Overall dimensions are 340×440×117 mm, weight is 4.8 kg.
