The Apach APRI-47P induction cooker from the 700 series is a 2-zone cooking surface built for kitchens that need precise temperature control, fast heat-up of cookware and lower power consumption compared with traditional electric ranges — a good fit for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens upgrading their cooking equipment.
Each of the two zones heats independently and offers 6 power levels, allowing dishes with different heating modes to be cooked on the same unit at the same time. An indicator light shows staff when a zone is active, improving operational safety. The cooker stands on an open base with adjustable feet and connects to a 380 V supply. Total power is 7 kW, and net weight is 35 kg.
