The Apach APRI-77P induction cooker from the 700 series is professional equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach for high-load hot lines in institutional kitchens — school and kindergarten canteens, hospital kitchens and foodservice operations. The induction heating principle eliminates open flame and direct heating of the cooking surface, improving staff safety and meeting equipment requirements for educational and healthcare kitchens.
The cooker has four independent heating zones, each controlled separately with its own 6 power levels, allowing several dishes to be cooked simultaneously in different modes. An indicator light shows the operating status of each induction zone, and adjustable feet ensure stable placement on uneven floors.
