The Frosty G35-KA18 WOK induction cooktop is built for wok cooking in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses that serve Asian-style dishes or need to quickly stir-fry large batches of vegetables and meat.
Unlike flat induction cooktops, the Frosty G35-KA18 has a spherical (wok) cooking surface designed for a matching wok pan that sits snugly in the bowl-shaped surface for even heating; the wok pan is included. The unit is equipped with a ventilation system and a timer, and its glass-ceramic surface wipes clean easily with an ordinary cloth since nothing burns onto it. The housing is made of stainless steel, and the controls are of a combined type. The model is designed for countertop installation, has no built-in oven, and the burner is rated at 3500W. The manufacturer provides a 12-month warranty on this model.
