The HURAKAN HKN-D35FX4S PRO induction cooker is professional heating equipment for hot production areas in school and hospital canteens, as well as restaurants, hotels and foodservice businesses. The induction heating principle allows installation where a gas connection is limited or undesirable, which is especially relevant for educational and healthcare facilities.
The cooker has four independent heating zones with individual power control for each — soups, sauces, frying and stewing can be handled simultaneously without waiting for a free burner. The cooking surface is smooth glass that does not heat up beyond the contact area with cookware, reducing the risk of staff burns and simplifying daily cleaning. An automatic shutoff switches off a zone when cookware is removed. The frame is made of stainless steel built for the intensive loads of a professional kitchen.
