HURAKAN HKN-ICW50D Induction Wok Stove

The HURAKAN HKN-ICW50D induction wok stove is the more powerful model in the line, with a deeper spherical surface for large-diameter cookware. It suits hot lines with a busy order flow — Asian-cuisine restaurants, catering lines and foodservice businesses where the burner needs to recover temperature quickly after cold ingredients are added.

The glass working zone is 311 mm in diameter and 65 mm deep, holding the wok securely during vigorous stirring, while the larger contact area gives more even heating along the sides of the pan. Control is electronic, with 5 power levels from 0.4 to 5 kW, a temperature range of +60 to +280°C and a timer up to 2 hours. The body is stainless steel. It runs on 220 V and draws 5 kW — about 23 A — so it needs a dedicated line with a matching plug or connector; a plug is not included. The unit weighs 8 kg.
