The Skvara Sif 4.8 induction range packs four burners into a single floor-standing body, allowing several dishes to be cooked at once — useful for school and hospital kitchens preparing dozens or hundreds of portions daily. Combined power is 8 kW, at 2.0 kW per burner.
The cooking surface is glass-ceramic, with each burner measuring 300x300 mm. The unit connects to a three-phase 380V supply, and electronic controls with dual temperature (80-240°C) and power regulation (36 programming levels) make it easier to cook different dishes at the same workstation simultaneously.
