The HURAKAN HKN-DL800 infrared heat lamp keeps food warm over a wide serving area — a banquet or buffet table, a catering counter, or a plating line in canteens of educational and healthcare institutions. Its large reflector covers roughly 30-40 cm depending on the stand height, so a single lamp can keep several portions or a wide tray hot at once.
Infrared radiation heats the dish and plate directly without warming the surrounding air, avoiding condensation and drying out the food. The body is made of painted metal, and the telescoping stand locks at any point in its range — low for plates on the table, high above covered trays. An IR bulb is included; the unit runs on 220 V, draws 0.25 kW and weighs 1.5 kg.
