The HURAKAN HKN-DL775 infrared heat lamp keeps prepared dishes at serving temperature on a plating line, banquet table or buffet counter — in canteens of educational and healthcare institutions and foodservice businesses where a portion has to wait hot for pickup. Its compact reflector produces a narrow heating cone sized for a single plate or a narrow tray, so several lamps can be mounted side by side without warming neighbouring dishes.
The body is made of painted metal, and the telescoping stand adjusts and locks at any height: low for plates sitting directly on the table, high for chafing dishes or covered trays. An IR bulb is included. The unit runs on a 220 V supply, draws 0.25 kW and weighs 1.5 kg.
