Apach APRE-47QР Electric Range, 2 Plates, 700 Series

The Apach APRE-47QР electric range is a compact 2-plate unit from the Italian manufacturer's 700 series, designed for the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses that need an extra cooking station without an oven. The model sits on an open stand rather than an enclosed base, which keeps its footprint small and makes daily cleaning underneath easier.

The worktop is a watertight pressed surface with no seams where grease or food residue could build up, simplifying hygiene routines. Two fast-heating cast iron hot plates measuring 220×220 mm come with overheat protection and 6 power levels, while an indicator light shows the operating status of each plate at a glance. The range runs on a 380V supply with a total power draw of 5 kW and a net weight of 38 kg. It belongs to the same 700 series as the 4-plate Apach APRE-77QР and APRE-77QFE ranges, so units can be combined into one consistent cooking line.
