Apach APRE-77QFE Electric Range, 4 Plates with Oven, 700 Series

The Apach APRE-77QFE electric range is a 4-plate 700 series model from the Italian manufacturer with a built-in oven, designed for the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses that need one station for boiling, stewing and baking. Unlike the oven-less APRE-77QР, this model combines the cooktop and oven in a single body, saving valuable kitchen floor space.

The worktop is a watertight pressed surface with no seams for grease or food residue to collect in. Four fast-heating cast iron low hot plates measuring 300×300 mm come with overheat protection and 6 power levels, with an indicator light showing the operating status of each plate. Below the cooktop sits a static oven measuring 560×660×310 mm rated at 5.3 kW. The range runs on a 380V supply with a total power draw of 15.3 kW and a net weight of 90 kg.
