The Apach APRE-77QР electric range is a 4-plate unit from the Italian manufacturer's 700 series, built for schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice operations with a heavier cooking load than 2-plate models. It sits on an open stand with no oven, making it a good fit for kitchens that already have a separate oven or bakery deck and only need extra boiling and stewing capacity on the range.
The worktop is a watertight pressed surface with no seams for grease or food residue to collect in. Four fast-heating cast iron low hot plates measuring 300×300 mm come with overheat protection and 6 power levels, and an indicator light shows the operating status of each plate. The range runs on a 380V supply, drawing a total of 10 kW, with a net weight of 60 kg. It sits in the 700 lineup alongside the 2-plate APRE-47QР and the oven-equipped APRE-77QFE, letting kitchens mix and match units as needed.
