The Bertos E7P4M electric cooker is professional Italian-made cooking equipment for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other public-sector catering facilities that prepare hot meals for large numbers of people every day. The four-plate cooker is built for the intensive daily workload typical of institutional kitchens.
The worktop and front panels are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the top itself is pressed from a single sealed piece, preventing liquid from entering the body and making daily cleaning easier. The cast-iron hot plates are fitted with a safety thermostat and a 6-position selector that activates six concentric heating zones on each plate, allowing precise control when cooking several dishes at once. The control panel has voltage and operation indicator lights, and the unit height is adjusted via feet.
