The Kogast EST27/P is a floor-standing cooker with square hot plates, built for kitchens where consistent power and comfortable handling of large cookware matter. The rectangular plate surface makes it easier to keep large pots and trays steady while cooking sizeable batches of food.
The cooker has 2 hot plates with a combined output of 5 kW at 380V. Each 300×300 mm plate delivers 2.5 kW and heats up to its working range of 0...+300°C in about 6 minutes; heat intensity is set with a 6-position switch.
