The Kogast ES-60 is built for exactly this setting: compact, yet able to handle several dishes at once.
The unit has 4 round hot plates with a combined output of 8 kW at 380V. Body width is 600 mm; it sits on a countertop or a dedicated stand. There is no oven — the cooker is designed to work with pots, sauté pans and other institutional kitchenware.
