The Orest CESIf-4 electric range is professional cooking equipment for school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens with centralized catering. Four burners let kitchen staff cook several dishes in large batches at once, while the all-stainless-steel construction meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment.
The range is built entirely of stainless steel and fitted with E.G.O. (Germany) rapid infrared burners, each with a 297×297 mm glass-ceramic cooking surface. Every burner's heat output is smoothly adjustable, allowing precise settings for boiling, stewing or keeping food warm. Wiring uses heat-resistant cable, and a 200 mm ventilated rear splashback protects the wall from splashes and steam during operation.
