The Orest CES-2 electric stove is a compact two-burner unit built for cooking hot meals in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as other public-sector food services. Its modest footprint makes it a practical choice for kitchens with limited space or as an additional cooking station next to the main line.
The stove body is made entirely of stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. Each burner is fitted with a 3-position E.G.O. (Germany) power switch for precise heat control, and the burner current-carrying busbar is made of brass. Wiring uses heat-resistant cable rated for long-term operation at high temperatures. The unit runs on 380 V with an electrical output of 5 kW.
