The Orest CES-4-O four-burner electric stove suits mid-size food services — school canteens, kindergartens and smaller hospital kitchens that prepare hot meals daily for a moderate number of people. Four independent burners allow several cooking processes to run in parallel.
The stove is made entirely of stainless steel. Each burner is controlled by its own 3-position E.G.O. (Germany) power switch, the burner current-carrying busbar is brass, and all wiring is heat-resistant. The unit runs on a 380 V supply with an electrical output of 10 kW.
