The Orest CES-6-O electric cooker is heating equipment for central kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with centralized catering, where several dishes need to be boiled, stewed or reheated at once on multiple hotplates. The model belongs to Orest's modular 700 line of thermal equipment and is built for intensive daily use in high-volume kitchens.
The cooker has six hotplates with a combined electric output of 15 kW and runs on a 380 V supply. The body and worktop are made of stainless steel, which simplifies daily cleaning and meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment in educational and healthcare facilities.
