The Orest CES-6 electric stove offers six burners for simultaneous cooking, making it well suited to large-volume kitchens — central school canteens, kindergarten catering combines and hospital kitchens that prepare substantial quantities of hot food throughout the day.
The stove is made entirely of stainless steel. Each burner has its own 3-position E.G.O. (Germany) power switch, allowing independent heat control across different zones of the stove while several dishes are cooked at once. The burner current-carrying busbar is brass, and the wiring is heat-resistant. The unit runs on a 380 V supply with a combined electrical output of 15 kW.
