The Orest CES(c)-4OG is a professional Ukrainian-made electric range with four hobs and a built-in convection oven for school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens. The body and worktop are made of stainless steel, a material that withstands moisture, cleaning agents and daily use in an institutional kitchen.
The convection oven fits a GN 1/1 gastronorm pan (530×325 mm) or a 600×400 mm baking tray, with independent control of the top and bottom heating elements across a 50–300 °C range. The hobs are adjusted between 100 and 400 °C using three-position E.G.O. (Germany) switches; combined hob output is 10 kW, with the oven rated at 3.6 kW.
