The Bartscher 103069 plate warmer keeps plates warm before serving in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other catering facilities, where a cold plate quickly cools down a freshly cooked dish.
The unit holds 30-40 plates up to 320 mm in diameter; the inner chamber diameter is 330 mm, with an intermediate base covering the full surface and an internal height of 225 mm at the top and 215 mm at the bottom. Temperature is thermostatically controlled from 30°C to 80°C. The door is a hinged, inward-opening type; controls are electronic with a knob, and an on/off control lamp and power switch are provided. As a countertop unit, it can be placed on a kitchen worktop or directly on a buffet counter.
