The Orest РТНC-2-0,5-1,1 plate warming table is used in hospital and other medical facility kitchens to keep cooked dishes at serving temperature before they reach patients and staff. A 500×1100 mm work surface and sliding warming-cabinet doors suit kitchens with limited floor space.
The model belongs to the RTNS line, where the lower cabinet doors slide sideways instead of swinging out, keeping the area next to the serving line clear. An electromechanical thermostat sets the temperature within 35 to 90°C, and static heating warms gastronorm pans evenly. A standard 50 mm splash guard protects the wall during service.
