The Orest РТНC-2-0,5-1,4 food warming table suits kitchens with higher single-service volume — central school canteens serving several classes at once, or hospital catering departments distributing meals to multiple wards. The sliding doors on the lower cabinet need no extra clearance to open, which is convenient when equipment is placed tightly along the serving wall.
A 1400 mm working length with 500 mm width and 850 mm height (a standard serving-line working height) leaves more room for gastronorm pans with side dishes and sauces at the same time. Electromechanical control across a 35–90°C range together with static heating keeps meals warm through the whole service period without drying out.
