The Orest РТНC-2-0,7-1,0 bain-marie warming table is compact thermal equipment for serving lines in school canteens and small kindergarten kitchens, where holding the temperature of cooked meals and clean tableware matters right before service to students or children. A 1000 mm long, 700 mm wide worktop fits even a small serving area alongside other line equipment.
Below the worktop is a heated cabinet with two sliding doors, so staff can open them along the counter without blocking a narrow serving aisle. The standard configuration includes a 50 mm rear splash guard that protects the wall from steam and splashes. Heating is static, without forced convection, and an electromechanical controller lets staff set the required temperature within the 35...90°C range depending on the dish. The table runs on a 220V supply with a power draw of 0.6-0.8 kW.
