The Orest РТНC-2-0,7-1,1 bain-marie warming table is used on serving lines in kindergarten kitchens and school canteens, where meals and tableware need to stay warm until served to children. An 1100 mm long, 700 mm wide worktop combined with the heated cabinet below gives kitchen staff extra room for serving second courses or side dishes.
The heated cabinet beneath the worktop closes with two sliding doors, which is convenient in narrow serving areas since the doors do not block staff movement. The standard configuration includes a 50 mm rear splash guard that protects the wall from steam. Heating is static and adjusted electromechanically within a 35...90°C range, allowing the right setting for different dishes — from soups to hot beverages. The unit runs on a 220V supply at 0.6-0.8 kW.
