The Orest РТНC-2-0,7-1,2 bain-marie warming table is designed for serving lines in hospital and other medical facility kitchens, where patient meal service requires holding food temperature in line with sanitary requirements. A 1200 mm long, 700 mm wide worktop allows enough gastronorm pans or plates to be placed during peak serving hours.
A heated cabinet below the worktop, closed by two sliding doors, keeps extra tableware ready at hand. A standard 50 mm rear splash guard protects the wall next to the table from steam and drips. The heating elements operate in static mode, while an electromechanical controller maintains the set temperature within 35...90°C. The table connects to a 220V supply and draws 0.6-0.8 kW.
