The Orest РТНC-2-0,7-1,3 bain-marie warming table suits serving lines in large school canteens with high student throughput during breaks. A 1300 mm long, 700 mm wide worktop provides more room for gastronorm pans with hot dishes.
A heated cabinet beneath the worktop, fitted with two sliding doors, does not obstruct staff moving along the serving line. The standard configuration includes a 50 mm rear splash guard. Heating is static, with temperature adjusted electromechanically within 35...90°C depending on the dish. The table runs on a 220V supply at 0.6-0.8 kW.
