The Orest РТНН-2-0,5-1,1 heated table is used on the serving lines of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens for short-term holding of hot meals and dishware before service. At 500 mm wide and 1100 mm long, this size sits in the middle of the РТНН line and suits facilities with a moderate flow of diners at the serving counter.
Inside the table, behind a pair of hinged doors, is a compartment with electromechanical temperature control in the 35...90°C range and static heating. This keeps meals warm without drying them out and holds dishware ready for pupils, children or patients. The standard configuration includes a 50 mm splash guard.
