The Orest РТНН-2-0,5-1,3 plate warming table is the longest of the 500 mm wide РТНН size variants, at 1300 mm in length. It is built for the serving areas of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that prepare large batches of portions for service at once and need extra space to hold dishware and hot meals.
The heating compartment is closed by two hinged doors and features electromechanical temperature control from 35 to 90°C with static heating. This keeps meals hot throughout the entire service period without drying them out, and keeps dishware warm until it reaches pupils, children or patients. The standard configuration includes a 50 mm splash guard.
