Orest РТНН-2-0,6-1,3 Plate Warming Table, 1300 mm Length

The Orest РТНН-2-0,6-1,3 plate warming table keeps cooked dishes and clean tableware warm on the serving line of a kindergarten, school or hospital kitchen while children, students or patients are waiting to be served. Its 1300 mm working surface offers slightly more room for gastronorm pans and plates than the base size in the line, while still staying compact enough for kitchens with limited floor space.

Two hinged doors under the working surface open onto an internal compartment for storing trays and a reserve of clean tableware. In the standard version the table has a 50 mm wall-mounted rim that protects the wall from steam and splashes while hot dishes are served. The heating element draws 0.6-0.8 kW from a 220 V/50 Hz supply, and the electromechanical control lets staff set the temperature anywhere between 35...90°C depending on the dish. Heating is static, so warmth spreads evenly across the surface without a fan.
