The Orest РТНН-2-0,7-1,4 plate warming table keeps cooked dishes and clean tableware at serving temperature on the distribution line of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. It is installed between the cooking area and the serving counter so that first and second courses stay warm until they reach students, children or patients.
The РТНН-2-0,7-1,4 unit measures 1400×700×850 mm and features two hinged doors for convenient access to the lower heating chamber. The standard version includes a 50 mm rear splashback that protects the wall from splashes and drips. Heating is electromechanical, with temperature adjustable from 35 to 90°C depending on the type of food — from salads to first and second courses.
