Orest РТ-12 Proofing Cabinet, 2×6 Levels

The Orest РТ-12 proofing cabinet handles a larger baking volume than the compact models in the line, making it suitable for central kitchens at schools, kindergartens and hospitals that bake bread and pastries for several institutions at once.

The chamber has two rows of rails with 6 levels each (2×6), holding 400×600 mm trays or GN 1/1 pans with 85 mm between levels. The body is fully stainless steel, and the door is made of 6 mm heat-resistant glass, allowing staff to watch the proofing process without opening the chamber. Moisture drains into a pull-out tray, and temperature is maintained electromechanically within 30...90°C.
