The Orest РТ-16 proofing cabinet doubles the baking capacity — 16 levels (2x8) suit kitchens with heavy demand for bread and pastry: school catering combines, hospital bakeries, and centralised kitchens serving several institutions.
The body is made entirely of food-grade stainless steel. Guide rail spacing is 85 mm, and the universal rails fit 400x600 mm baking trays or GN 1/1 gastronorm pans (325x530 mm). The doors are made of 6 mm heat-resistant glass for monitoring without opening, and electromechanical controls set the working temperature within a 30-90°C range.
