Orest RT-16 Proofing Cabinet, 2×8 Tray Capacity

The Orest RT-16 proofing cabinet is a higher-capacity unit for the kitchens of schools, hospitals and catering combines that bake bread and pastry items at scale. Two eight-level sections let staff prepare a large dough batch for baking at once, without repeatedly reloading the cabinet.

The body is made of food-grade stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment in educational and medical facilities. Doors close with 6 mm heat-resistant glass, and the 85 mm rail spacing fits standard 600×400 mm pastry trays or GN 1/1 gastronorm pans. Control is electromechanical, working temperature is adjustable from 30 to 90°C, and a removable tray collects condensate.
