Orest РТ-8 Proofing Cabinet, 8 Levels

The standard Orest РТ-8 proofing cabinet with 8 levels covers the needs of a self-contained kitchen with its own bakery section — a school, kindergarten or hospital catering unit that bakes bread, buns or pastries in small batches.

Doors made of 6 mm heat-resistant glass let staff check the dough without opening the cabinet and disturbing the microclimate inside. The 85 mm rail spacing and universal rail design work with both 600x400 mm baking trays and GN 1/1 gastronorm pans (530x325 mm). The body is made entirely of stainless steel, and the working range runs from 30 to 90°C with electromechanical controls.
