The Bartscher Economic 100061 soup kettle keeps soups at serving temperature on the food line of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as other institutions with organized hot meal service. It holds soup hot throughout the entire service period without drying it out or scorching it.
The kettle holds 9 litres; the inner pot is made of removable stainless steel, which makes cleaning after each shift easier. Heating is indirect (bain-marie style), so the dish warms evenly and does not burn even during long service hours. Temperature is adjusted steplessly from 48°C to 94°C, and a control lamp indicates the heating mode. The hinged lid has a rotating, split design, with a heat-insulated handle for safe handling. The set includes 8 magnetic soup name labels.
