The BRILLIS ESK02A Electric Soup Warmer is professional equipment from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS for holding, heating and serving hot first courses. Suitable for canteens of schools and healthcare facilities, cafes, restaurants, hotels and buffet lines that need to keep soups, broths and sauces at a stable temperature throughout service.
The round body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel, with total capacity of 10 L and an inner soup pan of 8.5 L. Electric heating with a thermostat in the 35...80°C range allows precise temperature control. The lid has an opening for a ladle, so food can be served without removing it completely, keeping the heat in.
