The BRILLIS BM8307 Soup Tureen is professional tableware from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS for holding and serving hot soups in food-service establishments. It suits restaurants, cafes, canteens, catering companies and buffet lines that need to keep soups, sauces and broths at a steady serving temperature, as well as kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions.
The round 7 L tureen is made of AISI 201 stainless steel and is well suited to serving medium and large portions. The design includes a 0.6 mm water container, a soup container measuring 235×217 mm and an SS 18/0 stainless-steel frame 1.5 mm thick, giving the whole unit stability and durability. The 0.6 mm lid has a ladle opening, so food can be served without removing it completely. Heating is done with chafing fuel or dry alcohol; the tureen is also compatible with the EW002 electric heater (not included), which extends the ways it can be used.
