The BRILLIS BM8311 soup tureen is professional serving equipment for holding, keeping warm and serving hot soups on the service lines of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens.
The 11 L container makes it possible to prepare and serve large portions of soup or broth to a group of students, children or patients at once. The design includes separate containers for water and soup, a lid with a ladle opening, and a stainless steel frame.

- Heating runs on fuel paste or dry alcohol, so the tureen needs no mains power connection.
- Compatible with the EW002 electric heater (not included) for institutions that prefer mains power.
- Made of AISI 201 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean.
