The Saro SKZ-12 soup kettle heats and holds soups, sauces and other liquid dishes directly at the serving line. It suits canteens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals where food must stay hot throughout the entire service period without losing quality.
The tank and lid are made of stainless steel that withstands daily contact with food and moisture. The water bath is removable for easy cleaning after a shift. Temperature is controlled by an EGO energy regulator with a control lamp indicating operating mode. The lid can be locked open while portions are served. A magnetic board for labeling the dish is included, useful for marking the soup name on a serving line. Capacity is 10 litres, with a 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.4 kW connection.
