The Fimar TOP6M combi oven is Italian-made professional cooking equipment that combines convection heat with direct steam injection. It is built for institutional kitchens that prepare large batches of food on a centralised basis — schools, kindergartens, hospitals and catering combines.
The chamber holds 6 levels of GN1/1 (600×400 mm) trays spaced 80 mm apart. The body is made of stainless steel with an internal halogen lamp. The oven features a centrifugal fan with automatic reversal (two fans in the TOP6M model), a double-glazed door with a removable inner pane for cleaning, a water drain, and a humidifier with a direct-injection energy regulator. The mechanical timer runs from 0 to 120 minutes.
