The Bartscher Mini 100211 conveyor toaster is built for fast toasting and bun warming on the breakfast or sandwich line of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, and other catering facilities that serve a large number of people at once.
A belt mechanism carries bread through the heating chamber and delivers finished toast from either the front or the rear of the unit, allowing two service points to be run at the same time. Belt speed is steplessly adjustable, and the heating mode can be set independently: top and bottom heat for toast, top heat only for warming buns. The feed opening measures 185×85 mm. Controls are electronic with a knob, a control lamp shows on/off status, and a standby mode reduces power use between orders.
