The Fimar TOCS continuous toaster (Italy) is designed for fast, high-volume toasting in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, where breakfast or a snack needs to be served to a large number of children, students or patients at the same time.
Bread slices move along a rotating stainless steel mat and are toasted evenly inside an insulated chamber heated by quartz-tube elements. The mat speed is adjustable, allowing the level of toasting to be changed, while a self-ventilating motor with a built-in gear motor and a heat-dissipation fan keep the unit running continuously and reliably.
