The construction, including the conveyor belt, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The motor is fan-cooled, and a built-in cooling fan prevents the housing from overheating and reduces the risk of burns during operation. The upper and lower elements can be switched on independently for the desired browning result, and the loading rack allows finished items to be discharged from either the front or the rear of the toaster.
