Roller Grill GES 20 Waffle Iron

The Roller Grill GES 20 is designed for baking classic Belgian "Liège" waffles — a dense, pearl-sugar waffle popular in tearooms and catering venues. The unit is fitted with a cast-iron mould with two imprints, so two Liège waffles are baked in a single cycle.

The plates are fixed, so the appliance does not need to be turned over during baking — each side of the mould has enough heating power on its own. Two golden Liège waffles bake at 230°C in about 3 minutes, giving an output of up to 40 waffles per hour. The same mould is compatible with ready-made McCain waffles, heating 2 McCain waffles in 45 seconds — up to 160 waffles per hour.
